I have. There is a perfect explanation for this. When you dream, your subconcious takes over. Whatever it is that you dream about can indeed seem real to the body, making you feel whatever it may be. I'm not saying that if you get shot in a dream, you will wake up with bullet holes in you. It is possible however to feel the pain from that. The brain must discern what is real and what is not, and that is very hard to do when you are asleep. That is why you feel things when you wake up from a dream.

This happens to me frequently. Your brain sometimes creates dreams based on real physical sensations taking place at the time. For example, since you were laying on your ear, your brain integrated that into your dream in a way that was consistent with the context of the dream. Had you been laying on your other ear, the man would have been kissing that one instead. So, the physical sensations came first and the dream came second. You were scared because you thought the physical sensations came from the dream. Perhaps this explanation will help you sleep better :)

What most likely happens was something environmental or physiological happened to cause you to feel the vibrations. Since you were sleep you brain transferred that into a dream. The dream added to your distress and caused you to wake up still feeling the lingering sensation.
I once had a similar experience where I dreamed someone was operating on my back and it was really painful. I woke up to realize i had rolled over on a "adult toy" that had managed to get turned on and was uncomfortably buzzing between my shoulder blades.

Yes this has happened to me in sort of the same way. I dreamed I was with this very first bf I had and we were back in his house. I would wake up shuddering and it kept up for a while after I was awake. Very strange. I thought it was from stress. Or maybe it was sort of from frustration. I don't know.

I used to have evening-terrors (the familiar circumstances, which comprise falling, being run over through a convention, and so on.) that could want to end with me on the different aspect of the mattress room in a chilly sweat clutching a pillow and screaming. unsightly for my spouse. thankfully, they don't ensue a lot anymore. notwithstanding non secular people regularly elect to trust that desires comprise some form of magical message that that's critical to comprehend, psychologists will inform you that they are basically an organic and organic procedure through which rigidity is expelled from the equipment. form of analogous to sneezing. on the face of it, it would look unusual that vividly imagining that i'm lack of life would have any form of salutary result. yet when my inner Nazi is telling me that i'm a foul man or woman for having some Forbidden favor, then punishing me with a dose of terror would serve some psychic purpose.

Minds are tricky and basically it is our brain activiities that connect to our whole body. Sometimes, they are doing exactly what our brains tell to do just like sleep walking.
