Why do people stare? Does it mean interest, do they like you if they do it?

people stare because they see something that interest they.

Some people have what they call PRESENCE. It's a spiritual thing, spiritual energy.
If sombody is outgoing, they say he has CHARISMA!
If someone is reserved, they call him an @SSHOLE!
Poeple drive me nuts with their staring. I've always been able to tell when someone
all the way across the room is looking at me. And people are getting MORE psychic.
Believe me.
I've found that if a person always looks at you in a questioning way. It's their
spirit telling them something. And I guarantee they will do something to mess with you,
and you will have to put your FOOT IN THIER @SS!
There are also forces at work. Maculine and feminine. And there are masculine
women and feminine men.
Maculine individulas tend to stare and give you their sexiest look. Like they are
going to EAT YOU UP!
But feminine individuals don't particularly care for that. They want someone to
acknowledge them. Smile, say HI, anyhting but stare like a PSYCHO!

There are soo many reasons why people stare. Sometimes you just can't get enough of a guy and you are tooo shy to go and talk to them in case they are straight and you still think they are cute. Sometimes you see bodies that are very different from the norm. I love to flirt but am shy about approaching the wrong guy at the wrong time. Sometimes you see someone who looks great, but can't approach because of situation or location.

It either means they like you or you have something on your face....LOL but most people stare because they can't help it. They are probably attracted

People generally make extended eye contact when a) they want to fight you or b) they want to have sex with you.....it shouldn't be hard to tell the difference.
