Most women find that their morning sickness peaks about 9 weeks. Not everyone gets sick though. Or if they do it is really mild. Others find they are sick all the way through.
Dizziness in early pregnancy is completely normal. Your body is working very hard to make a circulatory system for your baby. Your blood volume is increasing but it is much more "diluted" than normal. Many women find this causes a drop in blood pressure. Just get up slowly, drink plenty of fluids and try to relax. This is normal. If you find things progress and you are getting dizziness with swelling in your feet, legs etc, if you are seeing spots and getting bad headaches, go see your healthcare provider and see if you have high Blood pressure.

Not every women gets sick during pregnancy. It can happen anytime after conception until delivery but most common is between 6 and 14 weeks. Yes, dizziness can be a symptom of pregnancy but also a symptom of many other things.

Every pregnancy is different. I never had morning sickness throughout my entire pregnancy. I also never felt dizzy as a sympton of being pregnant, but it's possible, of course.

I started getting dizzy around 5 weeks. I got morning sickness at 7 weeks. I thought I had the flu or something. I went to the doc and when she told me I was pregnet I didn't believe her. It took me at least 5 home pregnancy test to let it sink in.

I didn't get sick for a couple of weeks, and I was never dizzy. Keep a granola bar or breakfast bar next to the bed and eat it a few minutes before u get up, worked wonders for me as the nausea is caused by hunger/low blood sugar and electrolytes. Good luck!

My mother got sick immediately (like within two weeks of conception) with my sister and it lasted for the rest of her pregnancy. With me she first got sick about a month in (but it was her body rejecting alcohol) and continued for about 7 months. It differs for everyone, so the only way you can tell if you are pregnant is by taking a test.
