I've heard or read it before that we have to remove the tabs from pop cans before recyling and collect these tabs to donate for some cause / fund-raising or something. I have collected so much over a few years and still do not know where to bring them. Anyone knows anything about this?

You can take the some McDonalds' for the Ronald McDonald Foundation. They weld them to make some parts of wheelchairs, for disabled kids.

bring them to a ronald mc donald house...or a school or even a mc donalds resterant
there for people staying in a ronald mc donald house, after opperations where there family cant take care of them...
i have a friend who has lukimia and she is staying in a house... and we collect the tabs to send to her house and help cover some of the costs for her care...just a lill way ofsupporting her and her family...

Well you can take them to Ronald McDonald houses. It's for a great cause. My college has a place where you can turn them in. I hope this helped =D

i didn't know they were still doing that most places that you take your recycling to take those also if not maybe you can asked them what to do with them
