last night i went out and took part in a pole dancing competition..came second..all proceeds went to breast cancer..it was a great evening..lost my prize though..feel tired now..meant to be out tonight with girls from work but not sure if i should or shall i watch x factor and sit in my pygamas?x

Go get yourself a nice shower and dressed up to the nines, you did something for other people last night, make tonight your night and go out with the girls and have a great time, you deserve it, were just chilling tonight, it was our 22nd wedding anniversary yesterday and we had a busy day and night and been shopping this afternoon, so chilled on the sofa and staying put.

Sleep, wonderful sleep....I need to sleep!!!! Probably watch a movie and hang out with my wife so that I can remember what she looks like (working opposite shifts). Maybe practice a little reproduction technique.

I have the house all to myself tonight ( a rare occurrence) and I plan to clean and rearrange my youngest daughters room, then watch a movie.
