I recently filled out a dating form that for some unknown reason disappeared. I am a very slow typer so it took me a while to fill out~then it disappeared!! I have no idea what I may have done to lose it. I tried backspaceing but had no luck. Does anyone know what I may have done that lost it or how I might retrieve it~if it happens again? Which it could, since that is the second time it has happened to me(very frustrating!!). Is this God's way of telling me not to join online dating or what?

I'm not sure how experienced a user you are but here is a tip:
The best way to avoid such annoyance, in my appinion, is to type the information you want to put into a form in a Notepad or any other program and save it. Then you'll be able to retrieve your information any time, copy & paste it into forms as many times as you want.
You might have pressed some button like Enter on your keyboard mistakenly that took you to other page. That's why it could happen.
Hitting 'Back' button in your browser or Backspace button on your keyboard might not help, depending on the form. Some forms allow you to go back and edit some don't.
That's pretty much it.

if you clicked on something to cause you to loose it, you might try pressing the back button.
