how can i change lower suspension arm on Peugeot 205 GLD?

Anti-roll bar stops the end that sits in the chassis mount from sitting straight, it sits slightly at an angle so it's impossible to get the bolt through, got it in on the other side with brute force but is there any easier way?

I would disconnect the roll bar. Get it out of the way. Have fun with it.
