I am not suggesting here a forum for making decisions or policy. Just one for brainstorming and coming up with new ideas, new perspectives,new approaches to solving old and new problems, for thinking outside of the box so to speak. In other words a forum to counterbalance official organized political, economic, social, scientific and religious jargon. Maybe something to help break down boundaries between the official and largely separate categories of human endeavor.
