what are you doing using an umbrella in Seattle? All you need is a good waterproof jacket. The only people I know who use umbrellas in Seattle are from out of town. They can't stand up to the sideways rain.

the bubble kind. u know the cingular commercal and that girl is holding that clear umbrella thats kinda domeish. its about the girl gossoping in the library. that one protects

I don't think there is one, but what you could do is tilt the umbrella at a certain angle.
