Well the motivation will come when you stop thinking that it is to late to try.It is NEVER to late to fullfill new things in your life, regardless of what people may think. Its your life and you need to do what YOU want to do.Age is only a number, not a stopper of your dreams. There is writers that has published a book at age 95,so if you want to accomplish or try something new ,go for it.If anyone tries to discourage you, just remember it is better to try and perhaps fail then to have never even tried at all,if you never try then you will never know....I started painting in oils at age 50 and I am good, and now I know and have aquired a reputation of being a good artist.....

I learned to downhill ski when I was 30, got my private pilot license when I was 49, took up acting when I was 50, and at 56, I am looking to start a new career. And, there are a lot of things I haven't done, yet but still want to try.
You sound as if you are dissatisfied with your life. That should be motivation, enough.

There comes a point in your life. You will know you when you are ready. Age is only a number. There are people all the time 80, 90,95, and 100 years old doing things for the first time in their life.
It depends on what it is. How to get the motivation for it.

Read this book by Phil Keoghan (that guy from Amazing Race). It's called No Opportunity Wasted, and has lots of stories of people trying new things...there's even an old guy that only wears yellow and teaches people how to water ski barefooted. VERY inspirational.

Oh no, never to late.I went back to nurses training and graduated at age 35. I was ready and open to learning. I always wanted to be a nurse so I did it. Think of what you want in life and go get . Age has nothing to do do with it if you want something bad enough and are willing to work for it. Good luck!

Dwelling on negatives...in the dumpster. Dwelling on positives..in your mind.
The comfort of the dwelling you choose to spend your days in? Important to no end. Motivation...snap to it, go for a walk to see the world on it's terms. Driving is so impersonal..To hear a bird sing, a twig snap under a Deer's hoof, a tree sway with a gentle gust of wind...Wow, I gotta get out for a bit.

Nope never to late! How bad do you want to start over? Sell what you can pack what you want & give the rest away. Time to move on simple as that. As long as you have faith, and faith in yourself that you can do it you can. I did this & moved across country in my 40's
