download itunes put songs on itunes music player plug you adapter plug into you computer and into your ipod if they provided one if not go buy it then it will automatically do it for you if not got to the source page i listed that should work

you go to a playlist,(or library) at the top right corner of the screen you'll see a little circle thing with "burn" under it. Connect you ipod to the computer and click the circle. It will start putting them on your ipod.
