I want speakers thats why im going for an ipod nano rather than an mp3 But can i download songs off my libary in windows player?

yeah you should and ipod is a really good deal, I have one and im loving in .. I have the nano but i wish i would have gotten the pne with the videos... but any ipod is a really good deal

i would buy one. they are the best quality mp3 out there, i would get the ipod nano because they are much more substantial then regular ipods. ipod shuffles suck! so if you just want to go cheap there are many mp3 out there. but i would an buy an ipod.

If you want an mp3 player get one, they're great. It doesn't have to be an iPod, though.

well it deoends on what u want. if u want to be able to watch videos and see ur pictures, yes. if u just want to listen to ur music, get an mp3 (which are much cheaper). if u want a cellfone too, theres some things that are a cellphone, music player, and picture/video holder all in one (i think the chocolate cellfone is one...)

I have had many bad experiences with iPods, two of my computers died cause of iTunes, my dads cd drives dissapeared and you can get many different brands that are just as good quaility that you can put your existing cd collection on

I would say no. they are dead easy to use and look good but they break easily and aren't really worth the money. My friend has a zen and I wish I had got that instead.

yea get 1, ive got 1 which ive had for over a year now and never had any problems. i find it very easy to used and am contantly updating it with no problems. i love listening to mine on shuffle!

it's not all that great. You could buy a PSP for the same price and it's better.
