My friend buys second hand clothes and sells them for a fortune as 'vintage'. She has a good eye for fashion so people go with her word and pay a fortune for them.

It just has to be a few years old - vintage these days can be as few as 5 years old. Anything old(ish) can be called vintage, its just a fashion term for either second-hand or old!

well it depends on both... like you could buy a bag from say donna karan....she makes vintage...so does ralph lauren............. and like you could get one from a thrift store so ya it depends on both, really
