You have not provided a bunch of detail (such as the year of the car), but here is what I would do. Take it to a repair shop and have them diagnosis it for you.
It sounds like your check engine light is on and your Traction Control is off (hence trac off). That means you do not have traction control. Quite honestly I think yr most direct an simplest fix is taking it to a Camry technician.

Trac control might be because you turned off the traction control switch. Check your owners manual.
The Check Engine light usually means that your O2 sensor (oxygen sensor) is dirty or defective. That can lead to problems with the way the car runs.
Sounds like you need a visit to a mechanic.
