Alright so i am three days late and there is no sign that AF is anywhere in sight. I am 16 days past ovulation and still getting a negative on the home pregnancy tests. i took one of those clear blue easy digital read outs and it came up not pregnant but on the stick the second line is very very faint on it you can see it but it is faint. would it still show up not pregnant if there is a faint second line still?? I feel great, not having any nausea but am having spells of dizziness, and my boobs are still hurting and still feel sleepy all the time but other than that I feel great lol. I feel like i did when i was pregnant with my son, but am wondering why the HPT is still coming up negative. i am debating about just going to my doctor either today or tomorrow or maybe even Monday and reqesting a blood test to see. I am hoping that I am pregnant but of course will be a bit upset if not but either way I am not stressing about it. I JUST NEED OPINIONS ON WHAT YOU ALL WOULD DO!!

Thank you so much for all of your help in advance. I am just really hoping this is what I think it is, I am not thinking about it constantly because I dont want to get my hopes up if I really am not. It is just weird that I am late when I am NEVER EVER late. So I am just needing some advice on this real quick thanks a ton

Get another brand of test--it sounds like you're pregnant. The clearblue digitals can only detect pretty high amounts of hcg--pregnancy hormone--and aren't really accurate til at least 18days past ovulation. Also, the stick inside with 2 lines--don't read too much into it. The digital also detects lutenizing hormone along with hcg and nearly every test comes back with 2 lines--pregnant or not. I agree with JillDaniel ... do NOT pay any attention to what the stick inside the digital test says. The two lines don't mean anything, just what the readout says. (However, I disagree that digitals can only detect pregnancy at 18DPO ... I got a positive with one at 10DPO.)
It's possible that you ovulated later than you thought, and you're not really that late. Or it's possible that your body just does not produce a ton of hCg. It's not over till the fat lady sings!

If you took a test and it was faint its still a positive and if you are never usuallu late and you are now then odds are you are pregnant although the only real way to know is to go to the Dr. and have a blood test taken.

stress can also cause u to be late stop worryin about it- take a test in a weeks time and see waht that says.
