Its possible that if Hitler had won then Europe would have been one empire and a superpower to rival if not exceed that of America. Of course it would of been a dictatorship with little or no personal freedoms and rights (unless you were pure aryan of course) .
As a result of this there might not of been a cold war as Germany would of beaten both USSR and the USA . So these countries could well of been vassal states to the European Reich.
Therefore non of the recent problems would of happened. The middle east would be alot more stable because, forgive me for saying this there would not of been enough jews left alive to create the state of Israel so Palestine would of stayed Palestinian.
The only threat to Europe would of been from the victorious Japanese in the east. These were German allies in the war so things might of gone along just fine, but remember that Russia were our allies then and our enemies straight after. so there might of been an Europe v Asia war.
So good things? A Strong global Europe. No threat to global peace from America and their aggressive foreign policies. One language across all of Europe. Sauerkraut available in Britain. All the natural gas sources from Russia and area available to Europe. Strongest single economy in the world.
And we could of got all this just for the price of our freedom and the genocide of an intire people

people who ask 'what if hitler had won..' type questions have usually forgotten that there was a country where fascist government persisted long after 1945.
hitler gave substantial help to the phalangists (early fascists) during the spanish civil war - pretty much guaranteeing their victory over the disorganised and unsupported democratic, anarchist, and communist supporters of the republic. franco's government was unable to regenerate the decimated spanish aggriculture and industry after 1937 though - which led to spain taking no active part in wwii.
in the years after 1945 the countries which had been freed from axis domination slowly rebuilt themselves, with the countries which had been part of the axis rebuilding themselves a little later (in the case of japan - even more successfully).
spain however remained an undeveloped peasant economy, rapidly slipping into levels of poverty and underdevelopment unknown elsewhere in western europe.
hitler's germany managed to keep going so long (though five years isn't really that long) only by progressively plundering the stronger economies the wehrmacht could conquer. germany's own economy never significantly revived under the third reich, and the major building projects were more show than substance (the nuremberg rally platz was cheap brick with a thin marble veneer:- visit there today and it looks like a toilet).
if hitler had conqured britain he would have wrecked the british economy as thoroughly as he wrecked belgian and czech prosperity. germany could never have conquered the us (too strong to invade, too far away to worry about) but the americans would probably have lost interest if london had fallen.
so if hitler had won america would have powered on to economic world domination while europe slumped into something along the lines of india or burma in the 1950s and 1960s. poor countries don't make a difference to world history, so apart from the fact that millions in europe would have starved or died of cold there would have been few implications to the long-term world outlook from a nazi victory.
nazism could never have lasted as long as communism of course - it had already run into serious internal problems in slovakia and northern italy long before the end of the war - so it would probably have crumbled some time in the 1970s (or when hitler died, whichever came sooner).
so if hitler had won the war the us would currently be even stronger, while most european countries would be slowly rebuilding themselves on the american model (as spain is in fact doing).

Had the Nazi Regime won the war I am sure that the population of the world would be under 6 billion.... Considering that every one that apposed them was sent to concentration camps let alone the millions that were sent there for their religion. So the earths population would be less and that would mean less green house gases and less global warming and More time here on earth for the Aryan race. And the people that would be here would be happy to get "enough" of the things they need.
WOW Good thing they lost! I much rather think that we can try to live free and then one day drown under the water of the polar Ice Caps and or fly off our axis and into the sun.

Since no one can see the future or alternate futures, its impossible to answer this question.
For one.....who won the war? Japan? Germany? What influence or power would they have put on other countries or the world if they had won?
Might be a better place.....might be a worse place.
This falls into the saying of...." the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence " and this saying is always wrong.
So to assume that the world could be better if the wars outcome had been different is naive as its impossible to compute or factor.

TB12 is suitable. If there have been any plans in the U. S. in the Thirties to attack the united kingdom and its Empire, they could have only been contingencies - the individuals did not like the British Empire, yet they might in no way have fought against it in the Thirties. america of a in no way had to grow to be in touch in yet another eu conflict after ww1 - the yank doctrine stood that ww1 have been too extreme priced, the two in funds and adult males, to have any beneficial result, and the financial disaster it left at the back of, even with the undeniable fact that it did not incredibly harm u . s . lots, did harm American markets. because it occurred, it grew to become into probably a solid situation that the Nazis have been so comprehensively defeated in international conflict II, yet however, the early cave in of the British Empire, the unfold of Stalinist Communism into jap Europe and the proliferation of Atomic weapons have been tremendously undesirable turns of activities.

If world war 2 had never happened, there are so many possibilities of what could have happened, for example, womens rights may have taken longer to be taken seriously, also, the East and West would never have formed an alliance (even if it was shaky) and an all out nuclear war may have occured. Many lives may have been lost, but it may have been for the best...

I think you should read up on your history , most conquers have started wars for many reasons , Greed ,Land hunger , wealth, religion, a need to be number one (power mad), the belief that they are bringing civilisation to there opponents. Fear that another race is about to invade them . Very few have believed that they are so superior that the rest of the world should be there slaves ,Hitler and his maniacs bought nothing to the world and indeed his plans were to subject the whole world and breed them like cows to further his vision of the master race living it up while everyone else did the work , none of his plans were to improve the lot of the world only himself and his cronies. in fact there is not one good thing that he bought to the world ,except the need to unite it against him

If WW2 had "gone the other way" means, to me, that you are asking "What if people on both sides had refused to fight a horrible war?" The answer : PEACE
The USSR fell because people refused to cooperate with the coup. Any war, ant tyrrany can be felled if people would just say NO!

This is a question that requires one write a novel to respond.
Hitler was a drug addicted sadistic murderer. Nothing good came from Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin or the Japanese during WWII.
Oh, one good thing might have been the Islamic terrorist would have been snuffed out before they got around to terror.

Autobahns! Traffic laws strictly enforced!
That's about it, on the plus side.
On the minus side, no political dissention tolerated, races would be isolated (at least those not small enough to be completely exterminated), no rock and roll (only Wagner and Strauss)...
