The ans is 5. 5 into 375 leaves 73 and 5 into 1000 leaves 200. remember than a prime # can only be divided by itself without leaving a fraction. therefore 375 (5 is a prime #) can only be divided by 5 without leaving a fraction This works most of the time sometimes you just cannot find a # that will divide both numbers .
