i'm finding it real hard to juggle family, friends, work and an education also a relationship. i'm always so busy..and feel like theres no enough hours in the day...i know a good idea would be a schedule, but they are alright 2 follow for a while then i 4get its there.
what techniques could i enforce on myself to balance everything and also remain healthy n get a good sleep? any advice appreciated x
