Historically, Jews tended to keep to themselves when they came to live among non-Jewish populations. This has simply made them easy targets for those seeking social or religious scapegoats.

Where to begin?
The Jew was not even liked in their own country. Indigenous people resented their conquest and the Jew's attitude of superiority didn't help. Through centuries they bickered and fought with just about everybody. To add insult to injury, they were fabulously successful wherever they went, creating a lot of envy. They refused to intermarry with the indigenous people and held to themselves which prompted malicious gossip.
In the period when they were banished from the middle east. They took up portable trades, becoming jewelers, pawnbrokers and money lenders. None of which endeared them to people. Especially to those in power who used their services frequently.. Simple minded peasants looked upon them as Christ killers.
Whenever they took up farming, due to their cultural practices, they would become successful. Frequently being the largest landholders in the region. Again, this did not endear them to people.

Some translations of the Bible blamed the Jews for Jesus' death, and haters use that for an excuse to persecute a group of people who kept to themselves and generally did better financially than their neighbors.
The world is always looking for someone to blame its misfortune on. The New Testament blames the Jews, so so do many so-called Christians.

Where do I start? Read this book:
One of the best books I ever read:
Jews God and History by Max Dimont
I am not Jewish but I had a lot of friends who were and I wanted to learn more about their religion and the history of Judiasm; this is a great book.

Because the christians beleive that Jews killed thier savior when in actuality Jesus was a Jew also so its really not thier fault. God said it would happen and it did. God picked where he would live and who would kill him. But lot's of people blame the Jews just the same.

Jews and Christians or Mosley are too near with thinking there is only one god to be tolerant.
Old Greeks with a lot of god and goddess were far more tolerant

Well as long as there is a group of people with similar beliefs there will be a group of people out there who will hate them.

Yes, the Crusades prove this and it was prior to the Cusades also, or else it wouldn't have happened.
