Playboy The Mansion. This game is awful , except for the nudity(the women are topless).

Yes, there are many. Before you buy a game for them, look on the back of the game cover (should be M to have nudity), and check for it on the lower-right corner where it tells what the game is rated for.
Also, there is partial nudity in T-rated games, but I think for that it is only stuff like showing cleavage, maybe part of their backside, nothing serious.

sure... anyways yes there are.. Dont let them or (you) play any of the leisure suit series. Anything with the Mature or "M" rated games have bad content for kids and the minimum age to play them is 17. Some "M" rated games have gore, blood, or sex/nudity. The adult games are even worse but dont worry, most of the adult rated games dont exist anymore.
