OK, I need to start one of these players: Mike Furrey has the Niners this weekend and our league does give pts for receptions. Laveranues Coles has been injured but is coming off a bye; he has the most big game potential of the three. Chris Henry seems to get a touchdown everytime I don't start him, which is getting annoying. Help

Yes, Henry's bench TDs are VERY annoying. I have him on my roster as well, but he's buried behind T.O. and T.J. Housh, so I don't lose sleep.

I'd go with Furrey, because SF is so wretched, and they'll concentrate on trying to limit Roy Williams. Besides, the inconsistent Jets offense against the Pats in New England, coming off a loss...? I'll pass on that matchup (and Pennington won't)

I would go with Coles if he plays (which is likely - he's been questionable every week this season) and Furrey if Coles doesn't go.
Coles has always done well against the Pats, and Pennington is probably going to need to pass to keep up.
Furrey has been playing very well and has become one of Kitna's favorites (who has himself been having a very good run) not to mention the fact that they're playing the abysmal SF secondary.
As for Henry always getting bench TD's - it'll happen, but as someone else said, he's stuck behind Johnson and Housh, which means his touches will be limited (which matters in your league) and he's likely to only get one or two "Big" plays...if he gets that...

So I'd say Coles if he goes, Furrey if not....

start Coles

Jets are playing Pats
so they will most likely
need to pass a lot once
they get way behind in points
