I know they are owned by the same company, I love Abercrombie clothes but hate to shop in their store because they are sooo rude. At my job I have to kiss customers' a$$es all the way out to the parking lot, so I find this to be annoying.I usualy oder Abercrombie stuff online. Is Hollister any better for customer service? Gap and Old Navy are the same company but I find Gap's customer service to be better.

I think the people who work at abercrombie and Abercrombie and Fitch are very polite.
The employees have to be nice in order to sell the merchandise.
I went there yesterday and they helped me find everything I wanted.
I think their clothing is awesome

I never go into Hollister though...too surf-y.
But I bet the employees there are nice, too.

They only hire the "beautiful" people at Hollister and Abercrombie. When you're "beautiful" you don't have to be polite. Yeah, I find them all quite rude as well. I like the jeans so i still shop there but I am just as rude to them as they are to me.

Yes, my friend was shopping one time and she heard one of the employees say to another employee "Let's not hire asians anymore. I'm sick of em" I think they are just so snobby. I don't see why they should be. They are just making a measly $7.00/hr folding clothes.
