Best time to visit Sikkim is from March end to 1st week of June. It snows mostly in upper reaches of Sub Himalayas. The rest of time from June to October is rainy and Oct to March is wintry.

This is the best time i think. Because you are thinking about sikkim and you should not wait till summer !

If u wanna see snowfall in Sikkim u hav to come here in Jan or Feb.
Try to be here within Jan and u can view the marvelous Changu Lake (Frrrreezzzzzzzed). Its really beautiful out then.

d best time according to me wud be during d summer season around march to july. however if u want to see snowfall or like reeeeally chilly weather i guess u should go in the winter.
