Luck is involved; doesn't mean luck is the whole story.
Of course they don't use random methods for choosing employees. They don't want to waste money on someone who isn't right for the job.
The luck part comes in mostly with timing -- if the perfect job for you was filled a month before you started looking, for example.

Well he is saying if "luck" was involved. But it can't be a flip of a coin since thats 50/50. The draw... well that depends how many straws. But really they have this hidden slot machines behind their expensive offices and they like to pull on it on a Saturday each month.
That explains why they don't call you right away. ^_^

I truthfully have, 4 situations to be precise. i don't experience ashamed to admit it. two times, I had to % between 2 the two solid techniques, and two times between 'not so welcome' techniques. On all 4 activities, I consulted my buddies and so they might not make an particularly final decision for me. So, after telling myself very forcefully that I shouldn't remorseful concerning the call, i desperate to settle on by ability of "Head or tail ?" Going by ability of the coverage I gave myself, I in no way regretted the techniques made.
