So far we've seen no verifiable evidence of other sentient species. That said, I believe with some certainty that somewhere in our galaxy at some past, present, or future time, a sentient species did/does/will exist.
Why haven't we heard from them?
Perhaps they are not technologically advanced enough to be heard. They may be mastering stone knives right now, or experiencing their own Rennaisance.
Perhaps they are here right now. Any species sufficiently advanced to travel interstellar distances would be able to hide or masquerade with ease. That Boeing 737 that just flew by may be a surveillance craft.
Perhaps they are so far away they will never notice us and vice versa.
Perhaps they existed a million years ago and died out.
Perhaps they will exist a million years from now.
It is really impossible to know for sure.
The Drake Equation suggests that there is sentient life out there. The Fermi Paradox casts doubt. Play around with the calculation form at the second link and see what you think.

As a numbers game it seems inevitable on a first reading, except: Is life a result of a gradual process or a catastrophic event? is evolution gradual or something that is in equilibrium until an event forces change? (punctuated equilibrium). Well in general it seems that all that can occur occurs so its certain that life exists elsewhere. Circumstances force brains to triumph over brawn and intelligent species are bound to arise
So given that there are aliens the question is do they look like us? well nature on earth seems to form very similar life forms (Look at the marsupial faun a of australia and youll see forms that resemble higher mamals) so probably, in a general sense, they wouldlook like us
but the aliens that are reported that look very similar to us are either fiction or the only other thing that could be, Time travelers

According to mathematics aliens are suppose to exist, but since this isn't just a mathematical universe I would say NO. This universe has order, A Mother and Father, Heaven and Earth.

Alien is just a word, us human beings have made up as an explanation to weird things that happpen witch we cannot explain, yes aliens exist as we created them!

I think so, There are those who say that space itself steralizes any lifeform through gamma burts so that as soon as a race evolves if it does evolve into a space it will be extinguished by a black hole or exploding star. so the universe is constantly killing life. Life is has to be very rare due to the violece of the galaxy.

1 day a meteorite hit earth, it had bactereea unknown to man
this was ither it came of earth years ago when the bacterea was still around or it came frome another planet
i like to think it was the second 1!

Sure, it's very likely there are other life forms in the universe. But given interstellar distances, they probably aren't anywhere near earth. (Insert obligatory joke about current presidential administration here if you like.)
