I wouldn't recommend that you do anything to destroy your neigbor's property. This is a legal issue and needs to be taken care of in court if you can not resolve this with your neighbor

It doesn't sound like they are a hazard to property(other than the rock wall) and life, so you're stuck with getting an Attorney and sueing him.
Be sure you get very good quality photos of the tree line and all the damage they are producing. I recommend using film and not Digital photos. Have them developed at a reputable photo shop (not Wal-Mart or one of those type). Contact a good Landscape contractor and have him give you estimates for repairing the damage and solutions for stopping the damage from reoccuring.
Do not kill those trees unless you are ready for serious legal problems. Some communities might consider it a civil matter and others a criminal matter. You don't want a Felony record over some pine trees and a rock wall.

Quick and Sure:
Using a wood paddle bit, drill several one inch holes, about 1/2 inch deep, around the base of the tree and along the large roots starting to show. Save these one inch wood discs. Now drill a 1/2 inch hole in the middle of the one inch holes, drilling deep down into the tree and/or root. With a small funnel, pour diesel fuel down deep into the newly drilled hole until it is full. Do this in each drilled hole. Replace the one inch wood discs to cover the holes. Repeat as necessary.
IF the trees are not on your property proper then you have no legal right to mess with them. Only that portion of the tree which actually crosses the property line and grows up in or shades upon your property proper are you legally allowed to affect.
Be careful with the legalities as well as with the diesel fuel. Don't spill it, and water the area when finished.

If it is YOUR TREE, then just cut it down. Why would you want to kill it without removing it?
If it's not your tree, just know that there are obvious signs of chemical poisoning on trees. There have been tons of lawsuits on the subject, and expert witnesses do know what to look for. One more thing, mature trees value at multiple thousands of dollars, so you might be coughing up a sizeable chunk of change if you are sued. Think twice. BTW, I'm a certified arborist.
What you can do legally is sue on the basis of what is called a "nuicanse fence". At least you can in California. Contact Randy Stamen in CA (google him) who is a certified arborist and an attourney who specializes in arboricultural issues. Good luck.

THE BEST WAY to kill the trees without getting caught/blamed is to drill shallow holes in any exposed roots (or dig if there are none) and put in one of two things:
1. Round Up for the good natured, environmentally concious person.
2. Gas, for the impatient person with the Git 'R' Done attitude (like myself)

It doesn't seem right to kill trees that are not yours. It seems like you should discuss the problem with the owner. If you own the wall You could dig and cut off the roots that are doing the damage.

take some acid (HCL or Sulpuric Asic ) first take a bucket and take some water put salt in it and then water the pine trees with this solution and it sould be enough water so that it should reach till roots .. after 30 minutes again mix water with acid and then again water them with this solution .. they will stop growing up and start to dry

Don't do that. You could get sued. But if you are going to anyway, pour clorox around the base of the trees. Or use Roundup. But again, you could get into trouble.

not unless it breaks it with falling walnuts. but you shouldn't plant then too close to any other tree, those 2 foot tall trees will someday be 50 feet tall.

I don't agree with what you are contemplating but I was told so it may not be true "Copper Nails" around the base and if possible in visible roots. If they fall on your property so be it.
