Most banks, schools, and etc... closed on Friday, November 10. However, the post system did not close on Friday, November 10. But since Veterans Day is actually on November 11, the postal system will be closed on Saturday November 11.

no lizzie my uncle is a rlc and theres no mail today hope your package arrives soon but rember the mail will be a day late and mail a lil slower on monday due to them having to cover 3 days of mail hope this helps out
