No, it's not. Look on the side of the tub / can, there should be an 1-800 number or an e-mail address to write them. Cool whip is mostly sugar and water...

Or you can probably look at the label on the Cool Whip and read the list of ingredients...

If you go to Kraftfoods.com you can go to the cool whip page and click the contact us button at the top and ask your question there and they will e-mail you the answer.
