If you could live in your own world how would you create it?

I acctually love this world, even with all its pain and horror and lies and hypocracy, its limitations and rules. But the idea of living in the world I dream about at night is pretty seductive, because it is a place where anything is possible, where I can dive into the sky, Fly, kiss anyone I want to, scream my head of, fall into nothing, eat sweets without getting full, paint the sunsets, grow flowers with one touch, run faster than time...

much larger but with the same gravity
with the same people plus some fictional and past people but no idiots
obviously i would be emperor of the world, and there would be no pollution no war no climate change and no one would die unless i wanted them dead

in my world everything is come except two things one is jealousy and vehicles. because jealousy makes everyone bad and vehicles made environment polluted.
