Why would anybody in their right mind want to slam the door in the face of somebody who loves you and wants you to know the truth.The missionary.Have you ever counted the insults to your inteligence and the number of corrupt ideas that you invite into your house by way of the t.v. screen, salesmen that try and rip you off, celebreties ovegloryfying themselves, trying to covince your family they are icons and gods megastars, and all they do is pretend to be somebody they are not, they want your undevided attention they want you screeming after their autogragh. overpaid footballers and their club strips overcharging you, after you have bought it they change the strip so you buy it again.would any of these cross the street to say hello to you.The missionary tramps the streets unpaid,mostly in their own time, If you not interested then please be polite, because there is more glory in one of those than there is in athousand celebrities.

I don't buy into star worship, I have my own opinions on what I wish to do, never had a missionary knocking on my door and if I had I wouldn't slam the door in his/her face I would politely but kindly tell them if I want to choose a religion, I will pick which one to follow myself, basically religious people preaching their wares at your door are equally as bad as unwanted sales men and celebrity worship, I have the right to my opinion with anyone who will insist on knocking on my door when no such request was asked for.

When I want and Need Religion, I WILL LOOK for it, I don't want ANYBODY knocking on My Door. And Those that I have spoken to ALL seem to condemn other Believes & Religons and will Not Take No for answer, Till I get annoyed, and try to shut the door. So If that is not them being Disrespectfull to Others, What Is??????????

I don't like people coming to my house telling me how I should believe in God. I am baptist and believe in God and go to church. Maybe it's not the right religion but it's my religion. But on the other hand who's religion is right? There are so many out there. I don't tell missionaries how to believe in God, so don't tell me how I'm suppose too.

Why don't they be polite and quite bothering people who aren't interested. If people want "the truth", let them look for it themselves and contact the missionaries.
