I don't think it's the only part, but I know most of the cornea is avascular, and gets its oxygen from the tear film when you blink

The main artery of the body is called the aorta. It supplies blood to all parts of the body with the exception of the lungs. The aorta ascends from the heart and forms an arch, from which arise two subclavian arteries. Each subclavian has two main branches, the common carotid and the vertebral. Both of these carry blood to the brain. Each common carotid divides into an external carotid artery, which supplies blood to the face and an internal carotid artery which supplies the brain with blood. The external carotid is a fairly straight artery, so it is not prone to blockages due to the build up of cholesterol. Even if a blockage does occur, it would obviously not cause a stroke as this artery does not carry blood to the brain

Well, being pedantic the blood itself doesn't.
Also any dead tissue like hair, the top layer of skin, tooth enamel (not the root), the finger and toe nails (not the beds), and any other dead tissues I can not think of.
I also guess any prostetic limb has no blood supply but is part of the body, and any piercings too.

There are several parts.

Nails of the fingers & toes. (not the nail bed which does recieve blood)
Hair.(not the follicles, which do recieve blood)
Cornea, lens, aqueous & vitreous humors of the eye.(which must be transparent)
Epidermis of the skin (not the dermis, which does recieve blood)
Enamel of teeth (not the pulp of the teeth, which does recieve blood)
Ligaments, cartilage, & synovial fluid of the joints.(not bones, all of which have a blood supply)
Tendons.
(all organs, especially the liver and the heart do have a blood supply)

Great question!

;-)

Surely nothing live can have no blood supply. Hair and nails are dead, apart from the hair follicles and nail beds.

Fingernails, ooh and hair! They're not alive so they don't require a blood supply.
