The wrist is the rule.
cold wont "hurt" the baby but most will reject it. (baby's have very sensitive digestive systems, geared ready for mothers milk)
being warmed to body temperature (feels neither hot nor cold on the wrist) is ideal.
My child wouldnt accept anything that was at least room temperature.

depends on how old the infant is. Body temp is the perfect temp. or room temp if you do not breast feed.
if the baby is 7, 8, 9 mths you can start giving them refridgerated milk,,but do it gradually just make it a little cooler each time.

You CAN give refrigerated milk, but I've found that the few times I tried to feed my baby refrigerated milk she fussed and cried and wouldn't drink it. The one time she did drink it she acted like it gave her a stomech ache, so now I just feed it warm or at room temp every time.

You can do both. It's a little better if you warm it up. I would make the bottles and refrigerate it and when he would cry I would just put hot water in a big cup and put his bottle in there to warm up. He's a year now and I just give him the milk right out of the fridge. Either way you do it, it won't hurt.

FOR AN INFANT ROOM TEMPERATURE IS ALWAYS BEST. A LOT OF TIMES COLD MILK GIVES THE INFANT GAS.

Some babyies will take it cold, some won't. It depends on the baby.but I know my grandson won't take it cold, not even room temp, it has to be just right or he won't take it.

I started giving my kids cold formula after about 6 months old and they were fine with it. When they were younger I just heated to a luke warm.
