People grow up believing in a certain party and become blind to what is best for them. It does not seeem to matter if their political party becomes corrupt, they still support them.
They don't even want to consider the opposing sides ideas.

Choosing a party should not have to be a lifetime decision. Sometimes people need to do what's right.. like many finally did on Tuesday. But how can there STILL be such blindness when the lies are exposed?

Because in the US, the two main political parties have been given special status and special exemptions by the government, so that they have become effectively an integral part of our social landscape.

This leads people to believe that these parties hold special power and eminence, just some they believe some religions hold special power and eminence or special validity over other religions.

Loyalty to the faith is rewarded. Disloyalty is a sin and makes you outcast. That's the nature of social elitism, and it is practiced both by many major religions as well as the major political parties.

North America is by far most religious place in the world. I am referring to USA and Canada. More so in USA. It is good and bad. Good in the sense, people who are religious develop good sense of values in life and always want to lead a serene and peaceful life away from crime. However crime statistics in US speak otherwise. The influence of capitalist society and glitter and glamor of money negates all good teachings in some or most people. Another point to note is that those who are religious go by what is told to them with out exercising logic and rationale. This is the reason they are committed in voting for a given political party irrespective of performance. These numbers are gradually reducing and more and more people are voting based on performance as has been proved in recent midterm elections.

Thank you for your observance, but once any form of following includes God as there leader how can they ever be wrong? God is not a politician, but the Ultra Right Wing Republicans like other cults have come to embrace there commitment to ever lasting righteousness for the world and Inquisition for the infidels.
