is mineral veil good to use after you apply a creme foundation??

You would do better to get a regular translucent powder. Mineral Veil is rather expensive to use just as a powder, unless you already have it and want to use it up! Whatever brand foundation you use, they probably have a translucent powder to go with it, and that would be your best bet, as they're more or less meant to go together.
