Homework study group for math?

Question

I am thinking about starting a homework math resource....not sure how it would work, but if you had a problem a bunch of us could get together and try and solve the questions, but concentrate more on the "How" portion.

Actually I would like to help but the location does matter...
I cant come dre if its too far.
