I was shocked to see there are no programs with the ceremonies, in Canada, Remembrance Day ceremonies are on every channel? I think that is totally disrespectful - if true.

I know what you mean. It's all over the television right now. When the time approached 11:00, the channels have been showing things on Remembrance Day. I think Canada puts more of a focus on this day than the U.S.

On every channel? Well Canada has only about 3.

Most here have Cable with about 200 channels. Im sure you could find at least 3 that show it here too. besides, what else does canada have to air during the day, besides "Family Ties" reruns?

Well, Canada bashing aside, which is really too easy, I agree all vets deserve respect

They do air ceremonies over here. On every news channel that we have there's lots of news pieces on veterans.
