Pretty standard fare I guess. This is what I'll be preparing, everyone brings something else. So for approx. 20 family members you could have over 30 dishes.
A baked turkey stuffed with rice pilaf, mashed sweet potatoes, eggplant brochette, crab stuffed mushroom tops, asparagus in butter, smoked cod, carrots, beets, green salad, mushroom salad, sweet cheeses with olives, fried chick peas in garlic, fried pumpkin slices, chocolate rice pudding, lemon ice, and caramel moose. And, of course, a glass of Zambucca (I cannot spell this to save my life - a anise flavored liquor) for the adults and hot peppermint tea for the kids.

Sadly I won't be cooking for Thanksgiving this year.I work at a hospital and I am scheduled to work that day.
But we who are working that day,will get a turkey lunch/dinner with all the trimmings ....free........compliments of our CEO..
