If you have no reason to be jealous, you may have a problem with self esteem: not enough confidence in yourself. Your husband can help by giving you more attention and reassurance (and he should!) but you may have to do most of the work yourself.

Both society and religion tell us females that we should always put others first, and that it's wrong to love ourselves. But if we can't love ourselves for who we are, how can we really love someone else? Maybe you need to find ways to develop your self confidence. There are so many good self-help books around on the subject, and lots of great intellectual "exercises" you can do every day to get acquainted with yourself and to learn to love who you are.

Well first of all, you shouldn't be so worried that other "guys dig" you - you're married. And second of all, you're married. If he didn't love you & want to be with you then he wouldn't have gone through the trouble to ask & marry you. Jealousy is not a good thing to have in a relationship. You need to have enough trust in each other that you know no matter what, he's is going to come home to YOU at the end of the day, not some other bimbo. My boyfriend & I are both flirtatious people, but we each know that about each other & we know that that is all it is, flirting. We know that neither of us are going to act on it & you need to have that kind of trust as well.

I think lots of women have this probably, women are just emotional and also, the media doesn't help with the way they sensationalize women.
