look to yourself, perhaps sit in a quiet way

should do today depends on your attitude

of your identification for the day......
If it is cool outside & you have a fireplace
light a fire and just be you with your thoughts
of happiness, sadness or woes, desires and
perhaps put these thoughts to some positive
use for your own purpose in the now of your
thinking........

Bake cookies or bread. That's what I'm doing! If you don't have anyone to eat them, donate them to the homeless shelter. (that's what I do if my grandchildren aren't around)
