roast them and start a tradition in your family:) they taste great and they are expensive at the grocery store to buy. Your lucky to have them in your back yard! Good Luck and happy holidays!

How about making a wreath out of them? I did one with almonds - it came out awesome! You need a flat plywood form to glue them to.
