Your baby could be eating too much in one sitting. Try giving him/her smaller feedings more often. If this doesn't work, try introducing a bit of cereal to your little one before giving him/her no more than 4 oz of formula (to start). After burping, then see if he/she is still hungry.

If you have already introduced solid foods, make sure you check for hives or other signs of allergy. It could be your child's body reacting to an allergen.

If there's irritability or if the baby seems colicky following the vomiting it could be a sign of acid reflux, especially if it follows the baby's feeding. I have two kids and I've never heard of vomiting as a sign of teething. They can get a low grade fever or have signs of a cold, but never vomiting. I would consult with a physician.

Is it serious vomitting or spitting up? Is there a fever? Diarrhea?
If it lasts longer than 1 day get a doctor's appointment.

Sometimes taking them to the chiropractor and getting them adjusted helps. It did with my son. When you think about it babies get moved all sorts of ways and their little backs and necks can get out of place. Having you spine out of place can do all sorts of things to you you wouldn't even think about. But it did help my son.

there is a stomach bug going around...that's what it sounds like...I'd call the doctor and get the baby hydrated OR spend the night in the ER
