I have not found a bleach that actually does as good a job as navy "whites".....what is the secret?

They use bluing

Or hospitals for that matter. When she sheets are covered with blood, and you know what else, how do they get them to come out so white?

Stargazer is correct, the hospital laundry was part of the parking garage and I got curious. They not only used soap stronger than anything commercially available, they also used temperatures higher than you keep yours at home.

I'm certain that on board ship an industrial destaining solution is used...much stronger than your store bought bleach products..

most sailors have they cloths cleaned by a laundry.at sea maybe not.but there not gone forever.but bleach will clean them as well.
