I am going over saturday night to pet sit a dog and staying there overnight and from sunday till 2/3pm. Is it ok to leave my bunny at home in her cage with food and water? She is a dwarf bunny, a few months old. I usually let her out of her cage plenty during the day.

Yes. That should be fine. Just make sure she has enough food to last until you get back and fill her water bottle before you go.

Your rabbit will be just fine. Think, many rabbits (abused or not) never see the outside of their cages! Yours is very fortunate for having that much play time.

Being a dwarf, the cage is probably plenty big enough for her to be ok. If you leave a lot of food and water, with some extra toys, she'll be just fine! Its only a day! We leave ours in the cage while we're on vacation for a week (neighbors feed them, but won't take them out). As long as the cage has enough room to move around in, she'll be fine.

she'll be fine! sometimes i go away for 3 days at a time and can leave my bunny alone in the cage! i give her 2 bowls of water and food, and she has a 10 meter run, but as long as yours has enough space so she isn;t cramped then she's fine!

have good dog sitting day!

I think that would be alright. I used to have a bunny and when we went out of town for a few days, we left her with plenty of food and water and she was fine. If you are really that worried you could have someone who lives close by check on her every once and a while.

I had a rabbit for 6 years and she was always in her cage, unless I let her out to play! There is NOTHING wrong with that! Just make sure you have a watter bottle full and a feeder for the food!! I also always had timothy hay for her and she loved to play with a empty paper towel roll (or a T.P. roll since yours is smaller!)

It's not a problem. If they have nothing to do they'll sleep. Of course, enough food and water, some toys would be nice, maybe even a treat (fresh veggies, dried fruit). You can have someone check on them if you want. Should be fine no worries.

properly, i won't be able to say if this is sufficiently enormous, because of the fact i don't comprehend how enormous. this is going to possibly be effective. I had a rabbit and did that, and he or she grew to become into ok, yet i decide to advise in basic terms letting her out once you are able to watch her.

She'll be just fine. Just make sure she has plenty of water. Then when you get home, let her out.
