Try www.craigslist.org but you must select "London" from the city list as it opens in the San Francisco section. They have a For Sale section and Computers category. That will advertise your Mac locally and for free. Ebay is not for you as it will not be limited to your fellow Londoners. Off you go, now.

Selling on ebay.com is best bet. If you don't have good feedback to sell it, find a trading assistant on ebay to sell it for you.
