Sitting in this strangers taxi, the meter is ticking whether I am moving or standing still.....
I need some ideas
(Basically Im relating this to life,(time is running out whether you choose to do something with life or not) but I dont want to come out and say that Im relating it to life.)

the clock ticks so slowly
til i forget to check
then i'm feeling lowly
feel i'm slipping off the deck
the universe unfolding
in all it's endless wonder
the story I am holding
seems to be a worthless blunder
my plants all need some water
and my cat needs to be fed
the cannon is for fodder
and for killing the undead
*basically, just use metaphors like these to represent life/death, rather than using the words life/death (if you like the ones I just penned, go for it)

I feel like I'm stuck here, and my body is heavy with decisions.
My mind whorls with possibilities
What if I do something wrong?
What if can't seem to move on?
Will I be here forever, for eternity?
