Black Mascara, a definite eye opener. if u want to define ur eyes use black eyeliner but to draw attention and open up ur eyes use either green (olive-green) or a deep plum eyeliner that will definitely draw attention in a natural way

We could be twins...LOL! I have the same features and have tried many different things. A good mascara helps; one that will lengthen and thicken your lashes. Try neutral shades of shadow, like taupe, sand, light brown...I used to favor the heavier black eyeliner, but have switched to a dark brown and it looks a lot more feminine and not so "hard rockish". If you want to use colored shadow, greens and blue-greens look beautiful with brown eyes. You just need to experiment and find a look that you are comfortable with. Good Luck!

since you have brown eyes. you need to have bright colors. green eyeshadow, and purple would be the colors for you. when you put on the eyeshadow, use these colors in layors. which will look really awesome. green, purple, then green once again. it would really make your eyes stand out. just make sure you DONT put TOO much on cause then it wont look so great.

Try HIP eyeshadows in the bright pink and purple...my sister has dark eyes and these colors may look shocking but they look really great against dark eyes!

I always want people to notace my eyes more too, the rest of my face is so plain. try cream eye shadow and either clear mascara or a color that matches your lashes, some thing that will REALLY lift them, good luck!

eyeliner and mascara will make ur eyes stand out.but dont put too much on or it looks bad.it sounds like ur eyes would be noticeable already so this way,u can play them up and make them look outstanding.
