There are lots of ways to do this:
Adding the numbers of cards in a pack - do you mean just 52 cards in a pack, or do you incude the jokers too? There is also an instruction card in a brand new pack, making 55 cards.
Or... do you mean add 2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+10,do you count jacks, queens and kings as 10 and do you count aces as 1 or 11? Then multiply by four for all suits (clubs, spades, hearts and diamonds).
The same for the numbers on a clock - do you mean just 12, or do you mean 1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+10+11+12?
19 times 10 seems pretty obvious though, but... the only real numbers in your question are nineteen and ten - so the answer could also be 29.
These are the type of questions they ask on those scam 'quiz tv' channels, there are so many different answers it is almost impossible to get what they call the 'correct' one. They rely on people thinking it is an easy question, but it's all left to interpretation.

Perhaps there isn't one definitive answer. 19 x 10 is easy enough ... fine! The number of cards depends whether you include jokers. But the numbers on a clock face is open to debate. In one sense the answer to (how many) numbers there are, could be 12, (12 numbers 1-12), but these are all made up of the digits 1-9 + 0 so the answer could be 9 or 10 ... however, you could also add the total of the numbers on the clock 1 + 2 + 3 etc. which comes to 75 ... I think!

is it 256 with the jokers and 254 without the jokers?
or it could be one of those tricks where you just add the numbers in the sentance for example nineteen add ten??
also the clock thing could be a trick for example adding the 12 numbers up. Also 10, 11 and 12 could be 1, 0, 1, 1, 1, 2???
