I'm not an inmigration lawyer, but I can probably advise you a little bit: COntact an action league for your ethnicity. For instance, if you are latino, contact a Latino/Mexican/political action group. They will probably have someone on staff taht can answer inmigration questions.

Most lawyers do not charge for the initial consultation. Otherwise, there are a lot of lawyers here who would answer the case, but they cannot give legal advice if there is not a client relationship

look around on google for them in your area .. best thing tho is pay the $50-100 it will be worth it in the end b.c you know you are getting solid good advice also if you end up using their services most lawyers will wave the consult fee
