This is only a short list of things done day to day with compressed air,

- car tires are filled with air from compressed air,
- the big lifts that car repair places have to lift the whole car is operated on comprerssed air,
- the gadget with which they turn and remove the wheel nuts before removing a wheel from a car is done with compressed air,
- when they paint a car they spray the paint on to the car with compressed air,
- when they 'power wash' a street or a car they use compressed air,
- balloons are filled with compressed air,
- all floating gadgets in swimming pools like tubes and mattresses are filed with compressed air.

Thus you could do a lot of things with a tankful of compressed air.
