How loud must a sound be (in dB) before a human can hear it?

No, 20Hz is a frequency. I want a volume in dB. You know, how loud it is. Hz is not a measurement of how loud something is.

Thank you Steve M, you must be the ONLY person who has actually read my question. And no Kizzy (and everyone else):-
Hz is a measurement of FREQUENCY (that's pitch to you)
dB is a measurement of the level of sound (that's how loud it is to you.) Can you see the difference?
